Our 6-week Online program provides, an initial assessment with Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist, a weekly schedule of 2 days of strength training, 3 days of 30-minute cardio exercises, a 30-minute personal training session, and accountability tools. You also receive full access to our DWF Wellness library of on-demand fitness videos and easy-to-follow instruction guides.
